The Service makes use of various Artificial Intelligence ("AI") models and services. All data produced by such models and services and provided to you is intended for use solely by you at your own discretion. Any input data you send to us (e.g. an image file) for the purpose of receiving back output from an AI model is used by us solely for the purpose of generating output to return back to you. You may use our Developer API in conjunction with your account to utilize the services we offer. The following are restrictions on the use of our Developer API that you agree to when you sign up to our Service: You MAY NOT: Use our Developer API to provide a materially similar or competing Service to ours. Consistently violate the rate limits stated on the various API endpoints. Doing any of these may result in your account being terminated without a refund.
Convert2Json LLC does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Convert2Json.com (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Convert2Json LLC Site or our associated services (collectively "Submissions"). By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions. No Adult Content. Use of adult content, including images, videos, or other media depicting pornography, child pornography, bestiality, hate crimes, violent crimes, war crimes, or similar depictions, is strictly prohibited and is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
You will be able to connect your Convert2Json LLC account to third party accounts. By connecting your Convert2Json LLC account to your third party account, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others (in accordance with your privacy settings on those third party sites). The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Convert2Json LLC from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Convert2Json LLC Content accessed through Convert2Json.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations. The Service uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) for website hosting, information technology and infrastructure services. Any personal data and purchase information is stored with AWS. Convert2Json LLC has a data processor contract with AWS for processing of personal data and AWS has certified to the EU-US Privacy Shield. Credit card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Tokenised payment information is used to securely process payments. Card number, expiry date and CVC cardholder information is stored only on the servers of Stripe. For payment purposes Stripe may disclose data to banks and credit card networks. Stripe has certified to the EU-US Privacy Shield.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Convert2Json LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Convert2Json LLC reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Convert2Json LLC in asserting any available defenses.

Convert2Json LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New Jersey in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Convert2Json LLC as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Convert2Json LLC's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Convert2Json LLC's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Convert2Json LLC with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
